DO THE BOTTLES COME IN A BOX?
Each bottle comes in a gift box made from 100% recycled materials and is fully recyclable.
Your order is prepared and packed in a standard cardboard box to make sure the content is protected during the delivery. We avoid plastic filling where we can.
WHAT SIZE IS THE BOTTLE?
Each bottle of Primo Aperitivo contains 500ml, which is enough to serve around 5 cocktails (100ml per cocktail).
Where is my order confirmation?
We send your order confirmation to the email address given at checkout and this should be with you within minutes of the order completion.

WHERE DOES PRIMO DELIVER?
We offer you following delivery options:
Delivery to your home address: select Home delivery as delivery location in checkout and make sure that your home address is ticked as delivery address.
Delivery to an alternative address: select Home delivery as delivery location in checkout, untick your home address as delivery address and select or enter an alternative address.
PRIMO can be delivered to all valid addresses in Italy, UK, Germany, France and the main European regions. We use different hubs to fulfil orders in the UK and Europe.

When will my order be delivered?
Our delivery times vary based on your shipping destination and the option selected at the checkout.
Our standard UK shipping is usually next day delivery if ordered by 1pm but may take up to 2-3 working days
Our standard Italy shipping takes 2-3 working days
For other European countries please allow 5-6 working days.
We are currently offering free delivery if you order 2 or more products.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee next day delivery at the moment, but please do get in touch with us if you have any specific requirements and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER?
If you do wish to cancel or amend your order, you must contact us directly at email@example.com stating the order number and your request within 24 hours of your order.
Past the 24hrs your order will be packed and shipped, so we won’t be able to cancel or amend it.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED?
Our logistic company always make sure that your bottles are perfectly packed to avoid any damages or breakages.
If you should receive your bottles damaged or broken, we kindly ask you to take a picture of the package and email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number and issue. We will try to resolve any problems within 24 hours.
WHAT IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY ORDER WITHIN THE STANDARD DELIVERY TIME?
Sometimes Couriers might experience delays and don’t stick to their schedules. However if you are concerned about your delivery please get in touch at email@example.com we will be happy to assist you.
CAN I INCLUDE A GIFT MESSAGE IN MY ORDER?
Absolutely and it is free of charge to do so! A gift note can be added as an accessory when reviewing your basket prior to checkout.
If you miss this step, just contact our customer service team and we can add a message in for you, as long as you get in touch before the order is dispatched.
