The Sbagliato was invented by mistake, (hence the name: Sbagliato means mistaken!) in Milan at Bar Basso, where the bartender poured prosecco instead of gin while making a Negroni cocktail….the result quickly became one of the trendiest cocktails in Italy: sweet vermouth, bitter liqueur, prosecco and pink grapefruit essence make this cocktail the perfect Aperitivo to enjoy at a dinner party or simply in good company.
